Guidelines are great. That’s the opinion of more and more clients, who are looking for tools for managing their online content.
Happy Content has just completed a project researching and writing content guidelines for St Vincent’s Health Australia (SVHA).
The SVHA mission declares a special commitment to people who are poor or vulnerable. In keeping with this they were looking for help to understand how to create content that is accessible, regardless of ability, technology, literacy, platform, and geography. We produced a 120-page guidelines document that explained how to write and produce content that was consistent, findable and WCAG 2.0 Level AA-compliant.
